1) Reception/Banquet Hall
a) 80 X 100 building w/heat & air
b) 80 X 80 open space for seating up to 400
c) Restrooms, kitchen with two stoves, fridge/freezer, small chest freezer & large double door cooler & 24X16 stage
d) 20 round 6 tables and 40 8 rectangle tables and chairs for all tables
e) Rent for $625 for Fri & Sat (combined), Saturday only $550 and weekdays $325 f) $125 refundable deposit and certificate of liability insurance needed to rent this facility
2) Camp Millard Ag & Expo Building
a) 100 X 200 facility
b) 14 high access doors
c) Available from April through October each year
d) Great for flea markets, estate auctions, rallies, shows, sales, livestock shows, farm & agricultural expos, home & garden shows
and farmers markets
e) $800 per event plus electrical charges if 220 V required.
f) If only half of the facility is needed then the event charge is $500 plus extra electric
g) $150 deposit and certificate of liability insurance required

Winter Storage will be taken in this fall on Wednesday October 25- Saturday October 28 from 9am to 4pm and then again Wednesday November 1st to Saturday November 4th from 9am to 4pm or until full.
WINTER STORAGE WILL BEGIN OCTOBER 25TH TO OCTOBER 28TH AND NOVEMBER 1ST-NOVEMBER 4TH FOR THE SEASON AND WILL RUN UNTIL LATE MARCH OF 2018.
ITEMS WILL BE TAKEN IN ONLY OCTOBER 25TH TO OCTOBER 28TH AND NOVEMBER 1ST- NOVEMBER 4TH FROM 9A.M. UNTIL 4 P.M. AND SATURDAYS FROM 9A.M. UNTIL NOON.

NO RESERVATIONS ARE TAKEN ITS FIRST COME-FIRST SERVED. ITEMS FIRST IN WILL BE THE LAST OUT AND SO FORTH. LEASEE MUST REMOVE STORED ITEM WHEN CALLED BY FAIR PERSONNEL - ALL PRICES ARE FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON UNTIL APRIL, 2018 - EXCEPT FOR THE CAMP MILLARD BLDG. WHICH IS ALL OUT BY MARCH 15TH: THE NEW CAMP MILLARD AG & EXPO BUILDING-20,000 SQ. FT. - WHICH HAS CONCRETE FLOOR AND IS A STEEL & CONCRETE BUILDING IS $9 PER FOOT INCLUDING TAX FOR THE SEASON. THIS BUILDING HAS 14 HIGH ACCESS DOORS. ALL ITMES IN THIS BUILDING MUST BE OUT BY MARCH 20TH, 2018. THE SHOW ARENA 12,000 SQ. FT. - IS LIKEWISE A STEEL AND CONCRETE BUILDING WITH CONCRETE FLOOR AND IS $8 PER FOOT. THE BUILDING HAS 12 HIGH ACCESS DOORS. OUR THREE MERCHANTS BUILIDINGS ARE ALL PAVEMENT FLOOR AND ARE WOOD, SOME STEEL AND CONCRETE AND THE RATE FOR THOSE ARE $8 PER FOOT, INCLUDING TAX, FOR THE SEASON. THESE BUILDINGS HAVE 10 ACCESS DOORS OR LESS. THERE IS LIMITED ACCESS TO YOUR STORED ITEM IN ALL BUILDINGS THROUGHOUT THE STORAGE SEASON. THE LEASEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OIL AND/OR ANTIFREEZE LEAKAGE ONTO THE FLOORS, SO
FLOOR COVERAGE IS RECOMMENDED. A $25 WILL BE CHARGED IF LEAKAGE IS NOT PROTECTED.
