                 RENTAL FACILITIES ON THE CRAWFORD COUNTY FAIR GROUNDS
                                                                    CREDIT CARDS NOW ACCEPTED FOR RENTAL OF ALL FACILITIES!

1) Reception/Banquet Hall
          a) 80’ X 100’ building w/heat & air
          b) 80’ X 80’ open space for seating up to 400 
          c) Restrooms, kitchen with two stoves, fridge/freezer, small chest freezer & large double door cooler & 24’X16 stage
          d) 20 round 6’ tables and 40 – 8’ rectangle tables and chairs for all tables
          e) Rent for $450 per day on the weekends and $275 weekdays 
          f) $125 refundable deposit and certificate of liability insurance needed to rent this facility

2) Camp Millard Ag & Expo Building
          a) 100’ X 200’ facility
          b) 14’ high access doors
          c) Available from April through October each year
          d) Great for flea markets, estate auctions, rallies, shows, sales, livestock shows, farm & agricultural expos, home & garden shows 
              and farmers markets
          e) $800 per event plus electrical charges if 220 V required.
          f) If only half of the facility is needed then the event charge is $500 plus extra electric
          g) $150 deposit and certificate of liability insurance required

Winter Storage as of 11/9/15 is now a call ahead only service......it will be by appointment only, so, let a message
on the fair office phone @ 419-562-7936 and someone will get back to you and set up an appointment.

 

WINTER STORAGE WILL BEGIN OCTOBER 1, 2015 FOR THE SEASON AND WILL RUN UNTIL EARLY APRIL OF 2016.
ITEMS WILL BE TAKEN IN WEEKDAYS FROM 9A.M. UNTIL 4 P.M. AND SATURDAYS FROM 9A.M. UNTIL NOON.

LEAVE MESSAGE FOR SPECIAL REQUESTS FOR HOURS OTHER THAN THOSE HOURS NOTED.
NO RESERVATIONS ARE TAKEN – IT’S FIRST COME-FIRST SERVED. ITEMS FIRST IN WILL BE THE LAST OUT AND SO FORTH. LEASEE MUST REMOVE STORED ITEM WHEN CALLED BY FAIR PERSONNEL - ALL PRICES ARE FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON UNTIL APRIL, 2016 - EXCEPT FOR THE CAMP MILLARD BLDG. WHICH IS ALL OUT BY MARCH 15TH: THE NEW CAMP MILLARD AG & EXPO BUILDING-20,000 SQ. FT. - WHICH HAS CONCRETE FLOOR AND IS A STEEL & CONCRETE BUILDING IS $8 PER FOOT INCLUDING TAX FOR THE SEASON. THIS BUILDING HAS 14’ HIGH ACCESS DOORS. ALL ITMES IN THIS BUILDING MUST BE OUT BY MARCH 20TH, 2016. THE SHOW ARENA – 12,000 SQ. FT. - IS LIKEWISE A STEEL AND CONCRETE BUILDING WITH CONCRETE FLOOR AND IS $8 PER FOOT. THE BUILDING HAS 12’ HIGH ACCESS DOORS. OUR THREE MERCHANTS BUILIDINGS ARE ALL PAVEMENT FLOOR AND ARE WOOD, SOME STEEL AND CONCRETE AND THE RATE FOR THOSE ARE $7 PER FOOT, INCLUDING TAX, FOR THE SEASON. THESE BUILDINGS HAVE 10’ ACCESS DOORS OR LESS. THERE IS LIMITED ACCESS TO YOUR STORED ITEM IN ALL BUILDINGS THROUGHOUT THE STORAGE SEASON. THE LEASEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OIL AND/OR ANTIFREEZE LEAKAGE ONTO THE FLOORS, SO… FLOOR COVERAGE IS RECOMMENDED. A $25 WILL BE CHARGED IF LEAKAGE IS NOT PROTECTED.
